What is Included in the Exhibitor Passes:

  • Exhibitor Conference: Includes access to the exhibits all 3 days click here for specific hours, plus all conference sessions on Tuesday, October 11, Wednesday, October 12 and Thursday, October 13. The exhibitor conference pass will allow access to the show floor 1 hour before it opens each day so that you may prepare your booth for visitors. Also includes continental breakfasts, lunches, networking receptions, access to the speaker presentations, plus invaluable education from experts in the wind energy community and critical networking opportunities.

  • Booth Personnel Pass: Includes access to the exhibits all 3 days as well as access to the show floor 1 hour before it opens each day so that you may prepare your booth for visitors. Also includes lunches and receptions when served in the exhibit hall. Does NOT include access to any conference sessions other than the General Sessions which are open to all registrants.

¹Non-Profit registrations are available for specific wind power or clean energy organizations that meet AWEA's non-profit qualifications and must be pre-approved prior to registration. Email [email protected] for more information.

² Speaker: Registration for confirmed speakers and moderators in the workshop (limit 1 per presentation). Speaker/Moderator status will be verified.
